I would suggest that you should read the information given below prior to your attendance at my office. It ensures that you understand what will happen generally in relation to your instructions, likely costs and disbursements, complaints procedures, the scope and extent of the instructions given.
My notarial practice is regulated by the Faculty Office of the Archbishop of Canterbury. My office hours are between 9:30 am 5:00 pm. If you wish to arrange an appointment, or speak to me please telephone our offices on the numbers and details provided herewith.
I will provide you with an estimate of costs in relation to the work to be carried out.
I will ensure that the work is carried out with a high degree of care. If you are dissatisfied about my service and your complaint is not resolved by me to your satisfaction, then you may complain to the Notaries Society of which I am a member. You can pursue a complaint under the Complaints Procedure by contacting the Secretary of the Notaries Society, Christopher Vaughan of Old Church Chambers, 23 Sandhill Road, St. James, Northampton, NN5 5LH.

Even if your complaint has been considered by the Notaries Society you may at the end of that procedure or within eight weeks after the date of making a complaint directly to me can complain directly to the Legal Services Ombudsman.
