Preparing for your appointment
Before the appointment
It is preferable to see the document in good time before an appointment as it can save time, expense, and mistakes. I would suggest that you send me:
- Evidence of identification.
- The documents to be notarised.
- Any letter or other form of instruction, if available, stating what has to be done with the documents.
All clients
Please ensure that you have the originals of the following with you.
Proof of identity
One of the following:
- A current valid signed passport
- A photocard driving licence
Proof of address
One of the following:
- A recent bank statement
- A utility bill, posted to your address
Business and corporate clients
As well as proof of identity and address, please bring:
- A Letter of Authority, Minute, Resolution, Power of Attorney or relevant document confirming your authority and capacity.
