APPOINTMENTS
Please ensure that you have the originals of the following with you:
(Individuals and Business clients)
- A current valid signed passport OR
- Photocard driving license
AND
- A recent bank statement OR
- A utility bill as proof as your address(posted to your address)
For Business and Corporate clients (apart from that stated above)
- A Letter of Authority, Minute, Resolution, Power of Attorney or relevant document confirming your authority and capacity.)
- It is preferable to see the document in good time before an appointment as it can save time, expense, and mistakes.
- I would suggest that you send me Evidence of identification.
- The documents to be notarised.
- Any letter or other form of instruction, if available, stating what has to be done with the documents.
